How many pages, and how many of them are genuinely different. Ten pages built from three templates is a smaller job than five pages that each need their own layout.
Design Depth
Adapting a proven layout to your brand costs less than designing from a blank page. Custom illustration, animation, and photography direction all sit at the top of this range.
Selling Online
Catalog size, payment and shipping rules, tax handling, inventory sync, and whether orders need to reach software you already use. This is usually the single biggest multiplier.
Integrations & AI
Booking systems, CRMs, customer portals, custom dashboards, chatbots, and workflow automation. Anything that has to talk to another system adds build and testing time.

Why don't you list a price for each type of site?
Because after thirteen years of doing this, the honest answer is that no two projects want the same thing. Two businesses can both ask for a five-page site and end up thousands apart once you account for how much design is custom, whether anything has to connect to software they already use, and who is writing the content. A fixed price for every build would mean overcharging the simple projects to cover the complicated ones. $1,500 is the floor; you get an exact, itemized number in writing after the free discovery call, and it doesn't move unless you change the scope.
What's the difference between the three monthly plans?
Essentials ($79/mo) keeps your site online and safe — managed hosting, SSL, daily backups, updates, and uptime monitoring. Growth ($199/mo) adds the work that brings people to it: ongoing SEO, analytics management, a monthly performance report, and two hours of content edits. Premium ($349/mo) adds active management of your local presence — Google Business Profile upkeep and review responses — plus priority support.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes. Prepay twelve months on any plan and you get one month free — so Essentials is $869 a year instead of $948, Growth is $2,189 instead of $2,388, and Premium is $3,839 instead of $4,188.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, in either direction. Most clients start on Essentials right after launch and move up to Growth once the site is settled and they want to push on search visibility. Just send an email and the change takes effect on your next billing cycle.
Do I have to be on a monthly plan?
No. You own your code and your site, and you're free to host it anywhere. The plans exist because most owners would rather not think about backups, patches, or why their rankings moved — but nothing is locked to us.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. For projects over $3,000, we offer milestone-based payments — typically split across project kickoff, design approval, and launch. We'll work out a schedule that fits your budget.
What if my project doesn't fit neatly into one of these categories?
